Diagnosing Disorders

After exploring providers in India, the United States and a couple of countries in Europe, we understood the demand for technology to scale the solutions, together with four main objectives: they should be inexpensive, they can be used by non-experts, they need to be accessible remotely and data driven.

How has implementation of this CogniABle platform been up to now?

Nexus provided another perspective to look at the business, which we never had before. Entering the Nexus application is itself aggressive and demanding. A strict schedule, with a mixture of field work online education and classroom assignments by Nexus specialists, was excellent. Expert and guest lectures on subjects like intellectual property, funding, fundraising were the cherries at the top. I also understood that an entrepreneur wants to create a solution where he is passionate about the market may not desire it.
The CogniABle electronic platform has two elements focusing on treatment and early screening of autism spectrum disorder. By submitting a video using the 24, our screening service can be used by A non-expert at 10% of the cost from any distant location. Using our intelligence algorithms automatically analyze the movie to produce autism screening forecasts.

Could you please describe how CogniABle works?

Because I am married to special educator and a child psychologist, I had felt that the expanding requirement for special needs services. On the other hand, the transformation that was huge happened for us after our son has been diagnosed with disabilities.
Our innovation has enabled us to create an artificial intelligence engine to comprehend human activities with just 25 percent of these data. The invention has been financed by Government of India's Department of Biotechnology to create a digital platform that may screen children for autism from videos.
These days, the actual world problems in the public health realm need solutions based on technologies, to bring scale and affordability. One must really understand the problems, support them with the community and evaluate the sort of information you may need on which you'll be able to apply machine learning models in addition to build innovative alternatives.

In 2017, I returned to India and started my Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. The research work focused extensively on developing affordable and scalable solutions in the region of early testing and economical Special Needs therapy, for neuro-developmental ailments. That is when CogniABle was shaped.

Which were a few of your main takeaways from the Nexus Incubator?

I'm an technology and direction graduate, with over 16 decades of expertise in consulting with clients in the information technologies industry.
A treatment program is developed by following simple assessment procedures. CogniABle offers treatment plans in multiple skill regions of language, communication, academics, social skills and lifeskills, to mention a couple. Machine learning units analyze the longitudinal progress data to personalize the treatment strategy for your kid.
Mental health problems among children, can be tricky to handle, often on account of the restricted number of clinicians available. Creator Manu Kohli and his staff at CogniABle view this as an opportunity where technology can help overcome the deficit and discover in kids. The has developed automated early screening and treatment for neuro-development ailments, boosting the potential of non-experts and clinicians to make conclusions, by using machine learning. CogniABle has obtained training in the American Center New Delhi in the Nexus Incubator startup hub.

The therapy platform has been rolled out into a few clinics in India and the USA. We have signed up with a major hospital provider, who will help us scale the treatment platform all over India and globally. Moreover, we are rolling our alternative to leading pediatricians and schools in Tier II towns and cities in India, in which you can find hardly any solutions available. Our plan would be to reach 1,000 users on our stage.
